We will return your completed quilt project for free using a tracked courier service (NZ Post). All you need to do is send us your quilt top (along with any optional backing, batting, and/or binding) and leave the rest to us. We’ll notify you when it has arrived with us and when it’s on its way back to you, along with it’s tracking number.
For sending us your quilt tops etc, we suggest using NZ Post Prepaid bags (Sizes 4 or 6) as an easy mail-in option. Or, to make things even easier, see our self-addressed courier bag option below.
To make it even easier to get your quilt top to us, we can send you a self-addressed, pre-paid courier bag. Just pop your quilt top (along with any optional backing and/or binding) in the bag and send it back to us.
Note: This option is not available when supplying your own batting.
If you want an extra layer of security, you can choose to upgrade to a signature-required courier delivery for when your quilt is returned to you. This means that someone at the delivery address will need to sign for the package upon receipt, ensuring that it reaches it destination safely.
1. Place Your Order Online: Once your quilt is completed and ready for Long Arm quilting, place your order using our price calculator, specifying your quilting and mailing preferences.
2. Package Your Quilt: Based on your selected mail-in options, securely package your quilt in either the provided self-addressed prepaid courier bag or packaging of your own choosing. We recommend ensuring it is well protected from the elements and in-transit conditions. Remember to enclose any optional backing, batting, and/or binding as per your specified order.
3. Add your Details: Ensure your details including name, return address and contact details are included on either the inside or outside of the package. If not using our self-addressed courier service, address your package to:
4. Send Your Quilt: Drop off your package at your local NZ Post agent.
5. Track Your Quilt: Keep a record of your tracking number to enable you to track the progress of your quilt’s delivery to us. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know once it arrives and then send it back safely to you once your quilt is complete.
